Hi – my name is Debbi and I’m a relationship coach with a thriving practice in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. I’m passionate about helping women create loving, lasting relationships that are delicious, empowering and fun.
This is something I had to learn myself.
You see, I’ve not always been a relationship expert.
How I got here
When I was younger I struggled with relationships and I had no idea why they seemed to fail. As I walked through unsatisfying relationships and family heartbreak during my thirties I made a decision that things needed to change.
I was a single parent, raising four children, two with different needs. I decided I wanted to create a better life and more fulfilling relationships for myself and to show my children a better way.
I was not going to rest until I had found the solution to my heartbreak and loneliness. So I went on a journey to study Clinical Social Work, mediation, and counselling.
During my professional training I discovered why relationships don’t work and what we need to do to fix them. I learnt that the experiences we have as children are critical to our personal development throughout our life. Neuroscience also shows us that how we learn to connect in childhood directly impacts how we connect with our partners as adults and the way we raise our own children.
Since then I have combined my formal training with my life experience to create a loving, supportive and fun relationship of 13 years with an amazing man who loves me wholeheartedly, and loves and embraces my children as his own.
I run an extremely successful private practice that has served more than XXXX people during the last 10 years. I also work in the online space so that anyone can access my services from around the world.
How I work with you
I believe it’s not the way we fall, it’s the way we rise. We’re all deliciously imperfect – we’re gorgeous and unique – just the way we are. We’re human – which means we’re going to make mistakes. Even if we don’t get it right we’re still loveable just the way we are.
I’m known for being caring, practical, non-judgemental and real. I lead with my compassion, heart and wisdom and I’m always there for you.
A little bit like a lioness I’ll do everything to protect my pride – I’m loving and gentle, yet I’ll be frank when I need to be to help you create the relationship you truly desire.
I’m honoured to teach others what I had to learn myself. I’m proud to hold your hand and support you every step of the way.
