I will help you and guide you to get clear on the vision you have for your business and personal goals and then work with you to achieve them.
Together we’ll find strategies that work for you and prioritize what needs to happen – when – to make sure you’re moving closer to your goals and the practice you’d love to be in.
I offer monthly (weekly sessions) or quarterly (fortnightly sessions) group business coaching sessions to help you to get on track and stay focused on your goals.
Session are designed to:
- Help you brainstorm and bounce ideas around with a highly experienced expert
- Have a high level of accountability and guidance so that you can achieve your goals
- Assist you to get outside of your current comfort zone into a place of growth and empowerment
- Explore your challenges and strengths so you know you’re working on the right things in your business
- Keep you focused on your goals and help you implement them
- Offer your proven strategies that will move you forward in our business.
I’m an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and I’ve been in private practice for over a decade. I purchased my own five-room wellness centre in 2014 and have been working online offering workshops and courses to clients for the past three years.
I understand the challenges and possibilities in both private practice, group practice and online work. I walk beside you and offer my unbiased opinion, but also challenge you when appropriate to think and act outside of the box.
I do not use a one-size-fits-all approach, but look at your personal needs, goals, any challenges you are facing, and the unique skill set that you have.
