Purchase & Refund Terms

It is very important that you understand the purchase and refund conditions that you agreed to when you purchased:

Delivery Methods (Digital Delivery)

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address).

We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. You will receive instructions to access the coaching session via your membership page once you have logged in for the first time.

Payment Plan

Please note that if you are paying under a payment plan all payments must be kept up to date.  If an automatic payment fails on one occasions our system with try again in 24 hours.  Access to the coaching will be suspended without further access until payments are up to date.  You will forfeit any missed sessions without refund.

Refund Terms and Conditions   IMPORTANT

If you complete the first session and do not feel satisfied with the program I will happily refund your money.

Please note:

I do not give refunds if a person changes their mind prior to the program commencing.

Refunds must be requested in writing within 7 days of the official start date with a clear outline of why you wish to withdraw from the program and how you have tried to rectify any issues with me that you feel unhappy about.  Please email your requests to debbicarberry@iinet.net.au.

Please note that business coaching is NOT therapeutic – I will not be providing therapeutic services to any participants.
